Customer Relations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Relations Specialist to join our team at Baptist Community Services. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting membership sales, and ensuring a positive experience for our members and guests.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Membership Sales: Sell and accurately enter ATC memberships, programs, and services, processing applications, forms, and referrals as required.
- Facility Operations: Perform daily assignments, including opening and closing the facility, conducting facility rounds, and ensuring a safe and clean environment.
- Policies and Procedures: Enforce Amarillo Town Club rules, collect dues and fees, and maintain accurate records.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with supervisor, peers, fellow employees, members, and the public, providing accurate information and resolving issues.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent; college credits preferred.
- Excellent communication, public speaking, and organizational skills.
- Ability to exercise good judgment and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs., move up to 315 lbs. with assistance, and position self to reach up to 7 feet.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
The Customer Relations Specialist will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, interacting with members, guests, and staff. The position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
