Senior Culinary Manager

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 annually, depending on experience. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SENIOR CULINARY MANAGER
As a Senior Culinary Manager, you will be accountable for ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety across all club kitchens. You will manage the employee dining culinary operations while maintaining a thoughtful balance of menu diversity and wellness. Collaborating with the Executive Chef, you will assist in preparing requisitions for all catering supplies to guarantee a smooth culinary operation. You will oversee inventory management and authorize purchase orders and requisitions. Additionally, you will take responsibility for addressing any issues, complaints, or service challenges promptly and efficiently, keeping the Executive Chef and/or the Culinary Leadership team informed.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 4-6 years of experience in culinary arts, food and beverage, or a related professional field.
- A two-year degree from an accredited institution in Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or Restaurant Management.
The schedule for this full-time position will vary based on operational needs.
