As the Engineering Lead for wastewater initiatives, you will oversee the engineering aspects of various traditional, design-build, and collaborative delivery projects, including advanced treatment facilities and sustainable solutions.


  • Direct a diverse team of engineers and technicians on significant municipal projects.
  • Guide and mentor engineering personnel, fostering professional development.
  • Oversee project budgets, timelines, and maintain communication with clients and project management.
  • Analyze data and execute intricate engineering calculations.
  • Formulate and oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality standards across various disciplines.
  • Lead larger production teams, coordinate activities across multiple disciplines, and take responsibility for project outcomes.
  • Support business development efforts and project pursuits.
  • Manage project modifications directly with clients under the supervision of the Project Manager.
  • Steer large multi-disciplinary teams to achieve project goals.
  • Provide expert guidance for complex water and wastewater treatment projects.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Previous experience in engineering consulting

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited program
- At least 8 years of relevant work experience

Work Environment:
- Standard office setting with a hybrid work model (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
- Occasional travel to client locations may be required.
