Job Title: Senior Water/Wastewater Engineer

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and development of water and wastewater treatment infrastructure and facility projects
  • Manage and mentor junior staff to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to grow the company's water and wastewater practice
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Participate in professional associations and represent the company at industry events
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Chemical, or Environmental Engineering
  • Advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years of progressive technical design experience
  • 4+ years of experience managing public/private water and/or wastewater treatment infrastructure and facility projects
  • PE License
  • Business development experience
  • Experience developing detailed plans/specifications for construction
  • Previous client and project management experience
  • Experience mentoring/training team of engineering professionals
  • Ability to travel approximately 15% of the time for meetings/site visits
  • Working knowledge of ArcMap, SWWM, AFT Fathom, SewerCAD, HydroCAD, WaterCAD and/or Revit preferred
  • Experience leading/managing multi-discipline design projects with engineering fees in excess of $1.0 million
