**Job Summary**
We are seeking an Account Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive sales growth and revenue expansion. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing targeted sales strategies.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing solutions.
- Preparing and presenting pitches, proposals, and other sales materials to clients and prospects.
**Responsibilities**
In addition to the key responsibilities listed above, the Account Director will also be responsible for:
- Managing and growing existing client relationships.
- Developing and executing sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities.
- Providing input on pricing and budgeting for client projects.
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to think strategically and develop innovative solutions.
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
