Job Overview
Xplor Technologies is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our Direct Sales team in Raleigh, NC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing high-producing teams, and implementing strategies to consistently meet regional production minimums.

About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned sales leader with 3+ years of experience effectively managing a sales team in the payment acquisition industry. You will be responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training Account Executives, providing day-to-day support, and prospecting new merchant accounts. Your expertise in Clearent's programs, including Compass and gateway, will be essential in communicating information to prospects, clients, and direct reports.

Key Responsibilities
• Interview, hire, and train Account Executives
• Manage Account Executives by providing day-to-day support to consistently attain monthly regional production minimums
• Prospect and close new merchant accounts consistently, month after month
• Market additional Clearent products and services as they are introduced under company guidelines
• Learn and understand all hardware, software, and reporting offered by Clearent and effectively communicate this information to prospects, clients, and Account Executives

Required Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience effectively managing a sales team in the payment acquisition industry
• Financially motivated
