About the Position:
SCADD Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide client oversight in our residential treatment facility. As a Recovery Specialist, you will work under the direction of the Director of Transitional Housing to ensure a safe recovery environment.

Our multidisciplinary team is committed to helping individuals and families find their path to recovery. We value the contributions made by our team for both our clients and the communities that we serve.

About the Program:
Our Transitional Housing program is a residential treatment program with locations in Norwich and New London, Connecticut. The program is designed to assist and support men and women in their sobriety. This program affords individuals the opportunity to apply learned recovery skills, prevent relapse, and promote personal responsibility. Residents are able to reintegrate into educational, vocational, familial, and social structures.

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required. Knowledge of substance use disorder preferred.
