Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Adult Outpatient Psychiatrist to join our team of dedicated behavioral healthcare professionals. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality care and substance abuse recovery services to individuals with a range of mental health illnesses in the community.

Using a collaborative approach, treatment will include medication management, individual, group, and family therapy. Your duties will include direct patient care and clinical supervision of a team of mental health professionals. We offer partial hospital and intensive outpatient programs on-site to support patients requiring higher levels of care. Close collaboration with the Emergency Department, Crisis Social Workers, and Physicians will facilitate transfers to inpatient treatment. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

- BC/BE in Psychiatry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
