Key Responsibilities

The Marketing Project Specialist will be responsible for:

  1. Overseeing and monitoring the progress of various marketing projects, ensuring timely execution.
  2. Managing project timelines and providing updates to relevant stakeholders.
  3. Facilitating effective communication across departments to maintain project momentum.
  4. Assisting with administrative tasks related to marketing and communications.
  5. Coordinating the production of advertising materials across multiple platforms.
  6. Ensuring compliance with brand standards and guidelines.
  7. Preparing and editing internal and external communications, reports, and presentations.
  8. Performing additional duties as required.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; 2+ years in a coordination or project management role preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently.
  • A collaborative mindset with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Minimal supervision required.
