Key Responsibilities- Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, providing accurate and timely information.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve product or service issues by identifying the problem, troubleshooting, and offering solutions or alternatives.
- Record Keeping: Keep detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, using our CRM or ticketing system.
- Follow-up: Follow up on customer issues to ensure complete satisfaction and timely resolution.
- Product Knowledge: Stay informed about company products, services, policies, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.
- Conflict Resolution: Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, call center, or retail.
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment, excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Competitive Pay: $17 per hour.
