Monolithic Power Systems, Inc. (MPS) is a leading provider of integrated power semiconductors and systems power delivery architectures. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Marketing Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in power electronics and a proven track record of developing and executing successful technical marketing strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with our design engineers, field applications team, and marketing team to define and debug analog/mix signal IC products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute technical marketing strategies to support the launch of new power IC products.
  • Collaborate with design engineers to develop application reference circuits and technical documentation.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our power IC products.
  • Provide technical support to customers and field application engineers.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in power electronics and technical marketing.
  • Strong understanding of power topologies and control methods.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Experience with power supply design and development.
  • MSEE or higher degree.
