Kid Centered Therapy is seeking a committed and empathetic Behavioral Support Technician to become a vital part of our team, delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents.

Our therapy services are conducted in various settings, including the client's home, educational institutions, and community environments.

The Behavioral Support Technician will be responsible for executing the behavior intervention plans and objectives established by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

The ideal candidate will assist clients with daily activities, observe and document targeted behaviors, collect and analyze data on client progress, and maintain effective communication with clients.

Additional responsibilities encompass clerical and administrative tasks.

  • Monday through Friday

Key Responsibilities:
Implement treatment strategies designed by the supervising BCBA and collaborate with other team members.

Provide therapy in home and school environments as required.

Data collection and session documentation are mandatory for each session using Rethink software. Collaborate with families, educational staff, and KCT personnel. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Minimum Qualifications:
Clear and eligible AHCA Background Level 2 check and clear criminal background
High School Diploma or equivalent
Associate or Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
Experience working with children
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification (Required)
Medicaid ID number (Preferred but not mandatory)
National Provider Identifier (NPI) (Required)
Must possess reliable transportation and be willing to travel to various client locations.

Driving will be within a reasonable distance.

A positive, energetic, and caring demeanor
Possession of a smartphone and computer
Ability to travel to multiple locations daily
Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds
Proficiency in using a computer, tablet, and smartphone
Position may require standing for extended periods of time.
