Job Summary

Kid Centered Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents. Our organization specializes in providing therapy services in various environments, including the client's natural setting, such as their home, school, or community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement treatment plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and collaborate with other team members.
  • Provide ABA services in home and school settings as needed.
  • Collect and record data on clients' progress using Rethink software.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and school staff.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

Requirements

  • Clear and eligible AHCA Background Level 2 check and clear criminal background.
  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Associate or bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • Experience working with children and adolescents.
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
  • Medicaid ID number (preferred but not required).
  • National Provider Identifier (NPI) number.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to drive to client locations.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Positive, energetic, and caring personality.
  • Capability to travel to multiple destinations daily.
  • Occasional lifting capacity of 25 pounds.
  • Competence in using a computer, tablet, and smartphone.

Language: English (required), Bilingual (preferred).
