Your Role:

We are in search of enthusiastic Behavioral Support Technicians to work with young children impacted by autism.

  • This is a permanent full-time position where you can make a meaningful difference in a child's life.
  • Our home-based approach involves engaging directly with the child and their family in their natural setting (typically their home), teaching essential skills such as communication, sharing, play, and patience.
  • Our Behavioral Support Technicians make sessions enjoyable by incorporating play-based learning activities.
  • Comprehensive training is provided to all staff to ensure confidence in their ability to support children affected by autism.
  • Physical Requirements:
  • Working with clients in their natural environments may necessitate lifting or moving approximately 50 lbs. and maintaining various postures (kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing) for extended periods.
Qualifications:

  • Education: Minimum High School diploma.
  • Certifications: Active RBT Certification.
  • A genuine passion for working with children.
  • Transportation: Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
  • Auto Insurance: Your name must be listed as an insured driver.
  • Technology: Web-enabled device (laptop or tablet).
* Availability for full-time weekdays with consistent commitment for at least 6 months.

  • A positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.

Compensation:
We are committed to providing fair and competitive compensation.

We offer benefits beyond your hourly wage to support your well-being and enable you to perform at your best.

* $22-23 per hour, depending on experience, education, and certifications in the ABA field.
