Key Responsibilities:
  • Payment Processing: Apply and code incoming direct sale payments from various portals, including PayPal, Shopify, and Amazon seller portals.
  • Order Fulfillment: Generate and process purchase orders, ensuring accurate cost coding and collection of approvals in our ERP system (NetSuite).
  • Customer Dispute Resolution: Resolve customer shipment violations and charge-backs in customer portals, including Amazon, Walmart, Target, Costco, and others.
  • Vendor Management: Manage vendor and wholesale accounts, ensuring timely order fulfillment and customer remittance.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Create weekly and monthly sales reporting dashboards in Excel, providing insights into sales performance and trends.
  • Office Administration: Coordinate office maintenance and event coordination, liaising with all departments to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel with intermediate spreadsheet skills, including the ability to organize and manipulate data using formulas and pivot tables.
  • ERP Experience: Experience with entering and uploading data into an ERP system, with Microsoft Business Central being a plus.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve errors in data entry and analysis.
  • Communication and Time Management: Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and efficiently manage tasks and time.
  • Proactivity and Adaptability: Ability to be proactive, with a sense of urgency, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
