About the Role

Newbern Excel seeks a dynamic and results-driven individual to fill the position of Territory Sales Representative. In this capacity, you will contribute to achieving sales goals while developing your skills in sales management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Support and Brand Awareness: Represent our clients, products, and services to the community, providing exceptional customer service and sales support.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to meet individual and team sales objectives.
  • Onboarding and Training: Mentor new sales representatives, guiding them through the onboarding process.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track sales activities, monitor performance metrics, and generate regular reports.
  • Sales Strategy and Improvement: Identify areas for enhancement and propose strategies to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Product Knowledge and Team Communication: Share product expertise and sales techniques with team members.
  • Professional Development: Participate in sales education, meetings, and contribute insights for business growth.
Requirements

  • Potential for leadership and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Previous sales experience is advantageous but not essential.
Compensation and Benefits
