Role Summary:
As a Business Technology Consultant, you will play a vital role in our ongoing success. Your collaboration with clients and internal teams will be essential in delivering cutting-edge solutions that cater to their needs and enhance the global landscape of payments, banking, and investment.

Team Dynamics:

The Systematics Core Banking Solution provides comprehensive solutions encompassing architecture, customer information management, deposits, lending, and financial reporting. Our team is dedicated to supporting client applications and ensuring seamless operations. We handle production support, incident resolution, and development, in addition to managing global help desk functions for deposit applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct pre-client testing for modifications made by our team
  • Monitor changes from inception to completion for each client
  • Evaluate testing methodologies and Project Impact Reports for release upgrades, providing recommendations and adjustments as necessary
  • Plan and execute tax/regulatory timelines
  • Address inquiries from clients and client advocates
  • Analyze client requirements, identify trends and best practices, and develop detailed program specifications
  • Create procedures to enhance efficiency and resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Assess available technologies and propose suitable solutions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience with Systematics applications, particularly in deposits
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to facilitate discussions between technical teams and clients/business stakeholders
  • Capability to manage a multi-client environment
  • Advanced understanding of various end-to-end systems and application development processes.
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in tax-related matters is advantageous
  • Background in the financial or banking sector is preferred
  • Familiarity with FIS Products and Services is a plus.
