Role Summary:
As a Business Technology Consultant, you will play a vital role in our success. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions that address their needs and enhance the way the world engages with finance.

Team Overview:

The Systematics Core Banking Solution provides comprehensive solutions for architecture, customer information management, deposits, lending, and financial reporting. Our team is responsible for supporting deposit and customer applications, ensuring smooth operations, incident resolution, and ongoing development. We also manage the global help desk for deposit applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct pre-client testing for changes made by our team
  • Monitor changes by client from initiation to completion
  • Evaluate testing strategies and Project Impact Reports for release upgrades, providing recommendations and corrections
  • Plan and execute tax/regulatory timelines
  • Address inquiries from clients and client advocates
  • Analyze client requirements, identify trends and best practices, and develop detailed program specifications
  • Create procedures to enhance efficiency and resolve complex technical challenges
  • Assess available technologies and propose suitable solutions

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Systematics applications, particularly in deposits
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to facilitate discussions between technical teams and clients/business stakeholders
  • Capability to support a multi-client environment
  • Advanced understanding of various end-to-end systems and application development
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science or information systems, or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in tax-related matters is advantageous
  • Background in the financial/banking sector is preferred
  • Familiarity with FIS products and services is a plus
