Job Description
The Nurse Manager will be responsible for:
* Providing clinical supervision and guidance to Registered Nurses, Licensed Vocational Nurses, and other clinical staff
* Overseeing the implementation of policies, procedures, and best practices in patient care
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
* Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
* Participating in quality improvement initiatives and performance metrics analysis
* Supervising and managing staff, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
* A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution
* A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in behavioral health or a related field
* At least 3 years of supervisory experience with direct reports
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
* Proficiency in electronic data systems, including electronic health records and business software

Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and retirement savings plan. Location
This position is based in Houston, Texas, with travel to various locations within Brazoria and Galveston Counties required. A current Texas Driver's License and reliable transportation are essential for this role.
