Array Behavioral Care, a leading virtual psychiatry and therapy practice, seeks a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team in a 100% teletherapy position.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to work with patients from the comfort of your own home while providing high-quality behavioral care services through our HIPAA-compliant online system.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health services, including intake, therapy, and counseling. We are looking for a professional who can analyze psychological and psychosocial aspects of individual interrelationships and provide observational feedback within a multidisciplinary team context.

Responsibilities
  • Provide mental health services such as intake, therapy, and counseling
  • Analyze psychological/psychosocial aspects of individual interrelationships
  • Act as a treatment team member to determine, coordinate, and implement appropriate care
  • Prepare and regularly maintain progress notes and discharge summaries
  • Maintain a therapeutic and safe environment for all
  • Facilitate therapeutic groups that address specific identified treatment issues and reinforce treatment plans
Requirements
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Preferring clinicians licensed in Texas
  • Professional licensure must enable independent practice
  • Provisional licenses or those requiring additional supervision are ineligible
  • 1-3 years of experience since obtaining unrestricted license
  • Interest in being a pioneering clinician in a thriving behavioral health care modality
  • Comfortable with technology
  • Strong communication skills
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $34-$41 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. You will also be eligible for our 401(k) plan, corporate wellness programs, and access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
