Job Summary

Passavant Memorial Homes is seeking a highly skilled Program Administrator to ensure the delivery of high-quality program services. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing program compliance, accountability, and service delivery.

The Program Administrator will report directly to the PMH Assistant Executive Director and will be responsible for supervising Director-level employees, coordinating training, and providing ongoing reviews of individual charts.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of supervisory experience, a valid driver's license, and a Master's degree or higher from an accredited college or university. Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and ten years of experience working directly with individuals with developmental disabilities may be considered.
