We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Conns HomePlus. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide face-to-face assistance to customers throughout the buying process, including merchandise selection, payment, and finance options.
- Make telephone calls to existing and potential customers to promote products and services.
- Assist with merchandising and store product set-up to ensure a visually appealing and organized store environment.
- Maintain the cleanliness of Conns stores and customer carry-outs to ensure a positive customer experience.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Earn an hourly rate plus commissions for the first month on the sales floor.
- After completing the first two months on the sales floor, earn commission or hourly pay, whichever is greater, with no draw.
