Job Summary

This role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients, resolving team escalations, and identifying areas for process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides client support and customer service on day-to-day issues
  • Acts as a point of contact for assigned key relationships
  • Works with plan sponsors, brokers, and other third-party vendors to respond to requests and resolve issues
  • May participate in sales presentations and client meetings
  • Performs under pressure with minimal direction
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a related position in the retirement services sector
  • Strong MS Office skills, including Excel
  • Preferred education or skills include a Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or industry experience
