The estimated salary for this Windows 10 Field Support Specialist position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location in Washington, D.C.

Job Description

This long-term Windows 10 deskside field support project will have you working with the largest technology company in the world. As a Deskside Master, you will provide local desktop support technicians to meet Service Level expectations and reduce travel costs.

You will be responsible for:

  • Incidents – Software break/fix
  • IMACs – Installation of software, machine upgrades, etc.
  • Refresh
  • Support peripherals for scanning paper and ID cards, barcode scanners, credit card readers, label printers, signature pads, Dragon dictation microphones, and RFID readers
  • Basic experience with Active Directory
  • Experience with Windows 10 and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Deskside support in a hospital environment (a plus)
  • Experience with ServiceNow (preferred, but not required)
  • Experience with LogMeIn

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • 3-5 years of Windows 10 Desktop Support experience in a corporate environment
  • 3-5 years of Enduser client-LAN/Networking support in a corporate environment
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Must be fully vaccinated
