Enterprise IT Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise IT Support Specialist to join our team. This individual will provide Tier 3 desktop engineering support, package and deploy Windows software, and work with various teams to manage workstation security.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide expert-level technical support for complex desktop engineering issues.
- Deploy and maintain Windows software in a secure environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Windows 10 workstations and software.
- Implement and manage workstation security strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Support monthly and expedited patching of workstations, including application of STIGs and emergency security updates.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of relevant experience, with 2+ years of experience providing Tier II, III & IV support in a Windows-based environment.
- Experience with System Center Configuration Manager and end-user workstation environments.
- Hands-on knowledge of Active Directory Group Policy for workstations.
- Experience with PIV and CAC authentication.
- Able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
- 2+ years of experience with workstation systems management systems (e.g., SCCM, Symantec Endpoint Manager, Intune).
- 5+ years of experience in an operations role.
- Government contracting experience, particularly with the DOJ.
- Existing/current DOJ or DOD Clearance.
- ITSM knowledge and experience, especially with ServiceNow.
- Extensive knowledge of Windows 10 operating system.
The salary range for this position is $29.00 - $39.00 per hour, depending on experience.
