Customer Service Team Lead

This is an excellent opportunity to join Kohl's as a Customer Service Team Lead, playing a key role in providing exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of associates to deliver speed of service, execute complicated transactions, and create a compelling customer experience at point of sale and customer service.
You will also be tasked with meeting or exceeding individual goals (e.g., credit, loyalty) and supporting the service team in meeting storewide goals. Additionally, you will coach, teach, and train associates to accurately and efficiently execute point of sale and customer service standards based on company guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and assist associates to deliver speed of service, execute complicated transactions, and create a compelling customer experience at POC and Customer Service
- Meet or exceed individual goals (e.g., credit, loyalty) and support the service team in meeting storewide goals
- Coach, teach, and train associates to accurately and efficiently execute point of sale and customer service standards based on company guidelines
- Support inventory accuracy by timely and accurate completion of all required merchandise disposition practices
- Oversee daily cash-related processes (e.g., register and cash balancing, change orders, authorizing voided transactions, supplies, over/short research)
