In this role, you will:
  1. Drive measurable improvements to increase service metrics and financial outcomes.
  2. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within your team.
  3. Partner with internal stakeholders to design solutions that meet Commercial initiatives and revenue targets.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of Customer Service experience, including 4+ years in a leadership capacity, and a proven track record of building customer-centric teams.
