Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily support for network and workstation printers, ensuring they are functioning optimally and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Respond to customer requests for technical support and training, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Document all service calls and requests using our ticketing system, escalating serious problems to a Customer Service Technician as needed.
  • Work closely with customers to ensure service level agreements are met, and provide regular updates on fleet status and performance.
  • Manage on-site hardware and consumables inventory, as well as procure printer hardware as required by the customer.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) with additional education preferred.
  • IT Help Desk Support experience, with a focus on application and hardware support.
Working Conditions

This role requires working in an office environment with adequate lighting and ventilation, and a normal range of temperature and noise level. You will be required to interact with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, agencies, and vendors.

Modest physical effort is required, including walking, standing, bending, reaching, lifting, or carrying objects that typically weigh less than 20 lbs.
