Job Summary:

Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC is seeking a skilled Service Desk Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our IT Service Desk. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team of technical support specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the Service Desk team, ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues

Develop and implement processes to improve service desk efficiency and customer satisfaction

Collaborate with the IT team to resolve complex technical issues and implement new technologies

Analyze and report on service desk metrics to identify areas for improvement

Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Minimum 8 years of experience in IT service management, with a focus on service desk operations

HDI Support Center Manager certification

Active Security Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification

MCSA: Windows 10 certification

MCSE: Desktop Infrastructure certification

Quality certification (ITIL or other)
