Corporate Sales Trainer Job Description

LaSalle Network is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Sales Trainer to join our Learning & Development team. As a Corporate Sales Trainer, you will play a critical role in providing effective learning support to our staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support front-line staff in ongoing continuous improvement, leading small group training, conducting regular roleplays and shadows, and quarterly check-ins with Unit Managers/Sr. Unit Managers.
  • Lead trainer for incoming New Hires, including setup, confirming internal presenters, and supporting learning and development of trainees.
  • Build and update training content utilizing internal resources, including Canva, Articulate, HBR, L&D SharePoint, and SMEs.
  • Manage upkeep and organization of LMS content, auditing quarterly to ensure training is relevant and organized.
  • Provide first-line support for training product, content identification, and roleplay requests.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience as a sales trainer or sales lead/supervisor responsible for sales staff development.
  • Experience researching, creating, delivering, and tracking results of training programs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically PPT, and experience using Articulate or other content design tools is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct research, both internally and externally, to deliver content as needed.
  • Attention to detail is key, as content is highly visible within the organization.
  • A learning mindset.
