Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and meet quality and performance improvement goals for Home Health services
  • Oversee clinical and operational needs, including budgetary oversight and financial management
  • Lead a regional team of Clinical Managers and direct reports
  • Develop and lead key priorities for Home Health program annually to achieve ongoing continuous improvement and growth
Requirements
  • RN/PT/OT/ST licensure to practice professionally in the state
  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of five years in leadership capacity with Medicare Home Care experience or related healthcare experience
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise and direct professional administrative personnel
  • Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of business management, governmental regulations, and ACHC standards
