Position Title:
Office Support Specialist

Job Overview:

The primary objective of this role is to deliver administrative and clerical assistance to the Development and Foundation Services divisions, ensuring effective tracking of various initiatives and providing essential support for departmental projects.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming calls for multiple departments, ensuring professional communication.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to donors, students, faculty, staff, and the general public.
  • Maintain and track daily financial logs.
  • Assist in monitoring special projects and grants.
  • Keep accurate records of projects and donor information.
  • Maintain updated mailing lists and assist with various campaigns.
  • Perform routine clerical tasks and support activities as needed.
  • Collaborate effectively as a team member in all initiatives of the Development and Foundation Services.

Minimum Qualifications:

Applicants should possess a minimum of three (3) years of experience in administrative support, or an Associate's degree accompanied by one (1) year of relevant experience.


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience providing administrative support within a university or community college setting, particularly in Development or Foundation Services.
