Key Responsibilities of the Senior Financial Analyst:
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger management.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and variance reports to aid in strategic decision-making.
- Conduct reconciliations and analyses of balance sheet accounts, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Collaborate with various teams to enhance financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure adherence to relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Support audit processes and liaise with external auditors.
Qualifications for the Senior Financial Analyst:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in accounting roles.
- At least 2 years of experience in corporate accounting settings.
- Strong grasp of accounting principles, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the technology/software sector or a related field.
- CPA certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
