Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of civil engineers to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including architecture, engineering, and project management, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and emerging trends to ensure the team remains competitive and innovative.
  • Contribute to the development of business strategies and proposals to secure new projects and clients.
Requirements
  • ABET-accredited degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a strong background in project management and team leadership.
  • Licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Montana or willing to obtain licensure.
  • Strong technical skills in civil engineering, including AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD, and Autodesk Storm and Sanitary Analysis.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
