About the Role
As a Maintenance Repair Specialist at Good Samaritan Society, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. This role requires attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
- Perform light maintenance repair tasks under supervision
- Assist with general building upkeep
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Maintain campus grounds and perform other outside maintenance duties as needed
- May require on-call duties as scheduled

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in all types of building maintenance preferred
- Familiarity with blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals helpful
- Ability to explain conditions and situations accurately while troubleshooting
- Works independently with minimal supervision

Compensation
$18-$28 per hour based on experience
