Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Registered Behavior Technician to join our team in a school district near Watertown, MA. The ideal candidate will have at least 1+ year of experience in behavior specialist roles and be certified through the BACB.

Salary & Benefits

Our full-time RBT position offers competitive pay, with an estimated annual salary range of $42,000 - $60,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, you can expect weekly paychecks and a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and 401k matching.

Responsibilities

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will work in a 1:1 or classroom setting, supporting students from K-12th grade. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing behavioral intervention plans to promote positive student outcomes
  • Collaborating with educators and other professionals to develop individualized support plans
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to relevant stakeholders
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1+ year of experience in special education settings, preferably as a behavior specialist
  • RBT certification through the BACB
  • A reliable form of transportation
