Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Onboarding Specialist to ensure all new CDPAP Consumers and employees are onboarded within DOH rules and regulations and company policies and procedures. The successful candidate will also cover all HR functions as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure seamless communication with all stakeholders regarding onboarding processes.
  • Monitor and adhere to follow-ups based on due dates for PA Onboarding Smartsheet/Additional PA Smartsheets.
  • Approve Personal Assistants that are in compliance and ready to begin working.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's preferred.
  • At least two years of related experience is required.
  • Current human resources and/or compensation credentials or certification preferred.

The hiring range for this position is $20.00-$25.00/hour. Various factors will determine final compensation such as a candidate's years of relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and location.
