Job Summary:

The CDPAP Onboarding Specialist is responsible for coordinating and administering activities related to orientation, training, and employee record compliance of incoming PA's. This role upholds and ensures Preferred Home Care of New York's commitment to excellence in patient care is maintained throughout the entire PA CDPAP Onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and administer activities related to orientation, training, and employee record compliance of incoming PA's
  • Uphold and ensure Preferred Home Care of New York's commitment to excellence in patient care is maintained throughout the entire PA CDPAP Onboarding process
  • Work amongst a motivated and supportive team of CDPAP professionals

Requirements:
  • Exceptional customer services experience is required
  • One (2) years of recruiting experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Home Care services industry required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HHA Exchange
