Job Summary:

The Brodsky Organization is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented New Development Leasing Administrator to provide administrative support to the leasing office at a newly constructed, luxury apartment building in Brooklyn. This role will report directly to the Leasing Manager and be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the leasing office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents, leasing agents, and brokers
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date leasing records and reports
  • Coordinate and schedule internal meetings and apartment tours
  • Assist in the distribution and collection of resident satisfaction surveys
  • Conduct market surveys and community research to stay informed about market trends
  • Train leasing representatives on new documentation requirements and improve onboarding procedures
  • Process applications and prepare leases for signing

Requirements:

  • Minimum one year of multi-family leasing experience
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent customer service and follow-up skills
  • Trained in Fair Housing regulations
  • Articulate in written and verbal communication
  • Flexible schedule with weekends required

What We Offer:

$29.00 - $34.00 hourly pay rate
