Role Summary

The Martha O'Bryan Center is seeking a skilled Development Outreach Manager to join our team. This role will involve managing relationships with volunteers, donors, and faith groups, as well as developing and implementing strategies to engage the community with the center's mission.

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year

About the Job

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the nonprofit sector and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be responsible for managing a range of tasks, including volunteer recruitment, donor outreach, and faith group engagement.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate contact information and data about segments of the organization's constituency.
  • Provide logistical support for events, including setup, cleanup, and follow-up for participants.
  • Contribute to the development effort with proactive and detail-oriented management of related operational processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and one or more years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong understanding of the nonprofit sector and its challenges.
