Job Overview

DCI Donor Services is seeking a skilled Marketing Communications Specialist to drive content development and project management across multiple locations.

Responsibilities
  1. Create engaging multimedia content for publications, including the company website, intranet, print media, and marketing materials.
  2. Manage internal communications systems to engage employees and recognize their activities, initiatives, and celebrations.
  3. Maintain the voice of the company across various sites.
  4. Develop and update language guides to ensure adherence to corporate brand standards.
  5. Coordinate virtual and on-site events.
  6. Collaborate with vendors for print and marketing materials orders.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or content creation.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and multitask.
  • Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated writing abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills.
