Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve housekeeping efficiency, productivity, and guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Supervise and train housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of quality and service.
  • Manage inventory and ordering of housekeeping supplies, including linens, cleaning products, and amenities.
  • Monitor and analyze housekeeping metrics, including labor costs, guest satisfaction, and quality control.
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans to address any issues or concerns.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Minimum one year of hospitality experience and/or supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and housekeeping procedures.
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Office and hotel management systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Two to four years of experience in front desk, guest services, and/or housekeeping, including at least two years of management experience.
  • Knowledge of Opera PMS and other hotel management systems.
  • College degree in hospitality or a related field.
