Job Responsibilities

This role involves executing financial processing tasks for route sales representatives. The position is hybrid, requiring occasional on-site presence.

  • Key Duties:
    - Execute and prioritize standard procedures to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
    - Research and resolve chargeback service requests from the field, ensuring valid proof of delivery is obtained.
    - Collaborate with Accounts Receivable to manage customer account adjustments and ensure proper resubmission of resolved requests.
    - Handle special requests from both internal and external stakeholders.
    - Work with Sales Accounting teams to establish best practices aimed at minimizing discrepancies.
    - Participate in special projects, including process enhancements, documentation, training, and customer recovery initiatives.
    - Escalate complex issues to management as necessary.
    - Utilize various business systems and applications, including SAP, to perform tasks efficiently.
Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:
- Understanding of sales processes and accounts receivable.
- Preferred: Proficient knowledge of SAP and Excel.

Skills:
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Team-oriented with adaptability and a focus on customer service.
- Capable of meeting critical deadlines while managing workload and special projects.
