Key Responsibilities:
The International Sales Operations Coordinator will:

  • Assist the Field Sales Team with the preparation of intricate quotes and provide guidance on unique quote-to-order inquiries.
  • Support promotional marketing initiatives and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth progression of deals.
  • Conduct training sessions for the Field Sales Team on the Quote to Order processes, including onboarding new hires with both beginner and advanced Salesforce training.
  • Identify and escalate system inefficiencies or opportunities for enhancement to the appropriate teams.

Profile Requirements:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
  • A background of 2-5 years in sales support or sales operations.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and partners.
  • Proficiency in Google applications and familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce CPQ and Steelbrick.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a proactive approach to managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A willingness to adapt to extended hours and alternate shifts to accommodate global operational needs.

Each team member will manage Global Sales Support activities through a shared communication channel, ensuring accuracy and promptness in response to requests from Account Managers, prioritizing based on revenue potential and relationship management.
