Our compensation for this position ranges from $20.70 to $21.85.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Rotating Saturdays from 8:45 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.
Duties & Responsibilities:
The Operations Coordinator will assist in overseeing the daily workflow and functions of the department, addressing complex business matters related to various products such as credit union cards, wire services, bill payments, IRAs, and core system operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with department and other Credit Union team members to provide support via phone, email, and in-branch interactions, utilizing systems like vendor card systems and online support platforms.
- Proactively researching and resolving member inquiries, issues, and complaints.
EFT Responsibilities:
Key tasks include:
- Addressing debit/ATM card, credit card, and Turnkey Zelle fraud cases by communicating with members, processing chargebacks, and tracking case progress.
- Reviewing daily and monthly reports related to Turnkey Zelle transactions and card activities.
- Processing requests for credit, debit, and ATM cards accurately.
- Managing incoming and outgoing wire requests efficiently.
- Coordinating with card processing and ATM vendors to resolve cardholder and terminal issues promptly.
ATM Responsibilities:
Key tasks include:
- Processing ATM cash and stamp orders, communicating load amounts to vendors.
- Reviewing ATM balancing reports and investigating outages and discrepancies.
IRA Responsibilities:
Providing assistance to members regarding IRA and Health Savings Account inquiries and processing.
Operations Support Responsibilities:
Key tasks include:
- Processing stop payments, address changes, and overdraft protection requests.
- Managing the opening, modification, and closing of certificates and accounts.
- Handling returned mail, mail deposits, and verification scanning.
- Completing check orders and requests for check and statement copies.
- Researching online banking, bill pay, and transfer inquiries.

Requirements:
Education/Certification:
High school diploma or equivalent. Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) registration with Nationwide Mortgage is required.
Experience:
Minimum of one year in card/ATM operations, card disputes, wire processing, or two years in a financial institution in relevant roles.
Required Knowledge:
Proficient in Microsoft Office and compliance with Federal Bank Secrecy and Money Laundering regulations.
Other Skills:
Proficient in 10 Key, typing, and computer skills. Excellent listening, communication, and telephone skills.
Ability to make decisions with minimal supervision and collaborate effectively with other departments.
