Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our Specialized Sourcing team at Amazon. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for supporting the development of financial models, analyzing data, and providing insights to drive business improvement and cost reductions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect and analyze quantitative data to create meaningful reports and drive business improvement
  • Manage the development of weekly and monthly financial metrics, planning, forecasting, and reporting models
  • Conduct root cause analysis and uncover core issues using data to drive actions and improvements
  • Communicate verbally and in writing to business customers and leadership team with various levels of technical knowledge
Requirements
  • 5+ years of tax, finance, or a related analytical field experience
  • BA or BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field
  • 5+ years of finance experience, or Master's degree and 3+ years of finance experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • 6+ years of identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
  • 6+ years of solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $85,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,500/year in our highest geographic market.
