About the Role

LTIMindtree is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Solutions Partner to join our team. As a key member of our Large Deals Pursuits Organization, you will be responsible for driving strategic pursuits with technology leadership and shaping large deal opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pro-actively plan with Sales & Account teams to shape large deal opportunities and engage in thought partnership with clients to influence.
  • Develop large pursuit solutions and deal shaping, including value proposition, client context, analysis, trends, and forming the WHY leading to Key Solves, WHAT (Solution Themes addressing the solves & HOW – The Operating model and shaping the journey to target state.
  • Connect with clients, engage to seed ideas, incubate deals with solution ideas, transformations, and unique approaches.
  • Drive strategic pursuits with technology leadership, including large deal/pursuit solutions construct & technology direction across multiple technology practices.
  • Engage with analysts to position & leverage for pursuits and deal advisors to influence and convert.
Requirements
  • Technology breath and understanding to engage, challenge and get the best from Service line SMEs and also to validate the right technology solution for the clients for their solves.
  • Good communicator & Articulation skills, bringing solution constructs & concepts to life. Should be client facing and drive discussions.
  • Collaboration - Team player who works collaboratively with colleagues, management and all points of the organization.
