Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team at Jacent Strategic Merchandising, LLC. As a Merchandiser, you will play a critical role in improving the consumer buying experience by creating merchandising solutions in assigned stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate relationships with in-store management to execute merchandising resets and build retail displays
  • Manage the merchandising of impulse items displayed on clip strips & j-hooks in specific areas of supermarkets
  • Implement plan-o-grams, new item placement, void corrections, stock rotation, and building displays
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales and profitability goals
Requirements
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with business partners
  • Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, including standing and walking 3-8 hours, lifting up to 50 lbs, and crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements
  • Reside within 20 miles of Colorado Springs, CO
