Job Overview:
As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a crucial role in delivering transformative therapy and support to children and adults facing challenges with communication, swallowing, and related functions. Your expertise will assist individuals who may have the ability to engage in other activities but require specialized speech therapy to enhance their communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide comprehensive assessment and treatment for clients with speech and language disorders.
2. Collaborate with educational staff to promote the importance of speech therapy in student development.
3. Design and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's needs.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess a valid SLPA certificate prior to the commencement of employment. Additional certifications such as CPR, TB skin test, and a valid driver’s license are also required.

Educational Background:
The minimum educational requirement is an Associate degree or completion of a Speech-Language Pathology assistant certificate program. While prior experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory.

Additional Information:
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for Visa Sponsorship. Only U.S. citizens and Green Card holders will be considered. Relocation assistance is not available for candidates residing outside the continental U.S.
