Position Overview
Hive Group LLC is actively seeking skilled Procurement Acquisition Specialists to enhance the support provided to our government client's Procurement Section. Our team is dedicated to delivering extensive acquisition planning, effective communication, meticulous tracking, comprehensive reporting, logistics management, pricing strategies, and additional support services tailored for the FBI Procurement Section.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct assistance to the Acquisition Career Management Team (ACM), focusing on Federal Acquisition Certification (FAC) programs and the professional development of the Bureau Acquisition Workforce.
- Facilitate training and certification initiatives for acquisition professionals, including FAC for Contract Specialists (CS), FAC for Contracting Officer Representatives (COR), and FAC for Program and Project Managers (PPM).
- Act as the primary point of contact for ACM administrative tasks, including the documentation of Portal Data related to Contract Transition, COR contract transitions, updates to the FAC Repository, mentorship requests for the COR Exchange Program, and inquiries regarding PM Program information.
- Support the AAU Training Coordinator in maintaining the New Employee Trainer Tracker, ensuring comprehensive training for both government and contractor personnel.
- Assist in responding to inquiries, conducting research, gathering data, and disseminating relevant program information.
Required:
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Possession of an active TS Clearance.
- A minimum of six (6) years of experience in federal contracting relevant to the responsibilities outlined for this position.
- FAC-C Level II or DAWIA Level II certification is preferred.
